During our peak times, we have had 70 operatives working on site. During the past 3 years of our operations, we have had 130 operatives working on site (not including temporary small subcontractors working directly for us).
We employ small subcontractors when necessary as temporary support – as Agency, Limited company or a Partnership company.
Sky Facades Ltd. has been on the market for 3 years – since October 2016. Our turnover has been around £3.5 million per annum. According to our current organization structure, our operational labor capacity is 300 operatives.
Our company provides qualified personel who has the necessary trainings and certificates. We also ensure to develop their skills and awareness onsite by providing toolbox talks, carrying out daily meeting with the supervision team, distributing the company policy and informing about the long and short-term targets.
All of the teams are allocated according to their skills, performance and ability for the task.
The external advisors and contractors carry out the H&S inspections onsite.
We have Public and Employer’s Liability insurance in place, which is covering the high-end market requirements on tall building projects in the UK.

From the gate to the Client
Our team is involved in variety of works including materials logistics and distribution, installation and snagging handovers.
We also offer special services such as lifting operations control, painting and additionally when required – abseiling, structural glazing (Sika based), automatic windows and doors.
We have experience with all types of external envelope structures including steel work and stone/brick elevation what helps us to adjust to the needs of our Contractor.
